As far as the new Plantronics Calisto Bluetooth Headset Microphone is concerned, I give it excellent ratings. The noise-cancellation is great.  I give it 5 out of 5 on my noise cancellation rating. Then I tested it with both Dragon NaturallySpeaking 9.5 Medical on a Motion Tablet PC with Bluetooth and then on my Desktop with Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 Professional with the supplied USB Adapter (Dongle), which is used to pair with non Bluetooth compatible devices. For this recognition accuracy test I give it a 4 out of 5 rating.  This headset is also very comfortable and lightweight, but the only way to wear it is by means of an ear hook, but as I stated it is very lightweight.
