A customer has 90 days from date of purchase for a full repair. They have 1 year of full parts coverage, and will have to pay for labor charges to fix the equipment. If the customer purchases a unit and it is defective out of the box then an RMA number can be issued. If they have the unit over 90 days, refer to the Sony for Service.
