Training - Our expert services are offered at $125 per hour for online training, billable by credit card. We offer training for all Professional. Medical and Legal Dragon NaturallySpeaking products and their peripheral devices.

We provide Complete Training and Customization to meet each client's way of working. We pride ourselves on individual customization and have speech recognition expertise in many markets such as medical, legal, disabilities, schools, government agencies and more.

All Services are be done online with a high speed connection.
Typical Training and installation services for one computer - Including the following:
* In collaboration with the client, determine and create templates and VoiceCommands
* Install and configure Dragon NaturallySpeaking and SpeechMike Pro
* Enroll user's voice file. Teach & practice basics
* Customize and install the user's interface.
* Build and enhance vocabulary from existing documents.
* Install customized VoiceCommands.
* Train client with customized instructions that meet client's needs.
*Customization services for your EMR.

We recommend two hours of training for each client.

As soon as we are finished with our training, the user will be dictating immediately.

We also offer on-site Individual or Classroom Training. We can customize Dragon to your current Electonic Medical Record or your Company's software!

Support - When you purchase from 1st-Dragon, we will provide your first 30 days of TECHNICAL support free for the Professional, Medical and Legal solutions only. After the initial free 30 day technical support, you may purchase a 1-year technical support agreement for $399.00.
