Purchasing Dragon Medical Support Plans
To purchase a plan, please determine the number of providers in your practice, click "Purchase Now" and then submit information to become a 1st-Dragon site member.
You will then be directed to the checkout screen.
Hours of Operation
1st-Dragon/Computers Made Effective (CME) shall provide Dragon Medical licensees, with a current Support Contract, support for the software during business hours, which are 9:00 am – 5:00 p.m. EST, Monday – Friday, except holidays.
Note that all costs, specified herein, may be changed at the discretion of CME, upon completion of the current Support Contract, without any prior notice to the Licensee.

Dragon Medical Software remote support is provided at no additional cost for all CME clients with a current annual support contract. Requests for support are answered Monday – Friday, from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST, excluding holidays.

Remote Support involves having our Support Technicians log directly into your computer to resolve a support issue. An internet connection is required for this type of assistance.
Extended Support Service
For all support requests made after hours, extended support charges apply. This goes above and beyond the CME Support Contract constraints.
Onsite Support Service
Onsite Dragon Medical Support Services are available at a rate of $1500 per day (minimum of 1-day) above and beyond normal annual support contract. Travel expenses may apply.
