You use Dragon Medical One to help improve the speed and processes of your daily work flow, but when you have come to use dragon long enough, you will notice at times that dragon may not be running at its best. If your dragon is lagging during your dictations or seems to run slower than normal, that may mean you need to update your dragon.
When you start to see these signs get in contact with your IT to let them know of these indications. Have them check to see that you are using the latest version of Dragon Medical One, which you can find o
n the lower right corner of dragon when you first click to open it.
The most up to date version available is, 4.0.106.3919.
If your Dragon doesn’t match this version please have your IT call the support line, 813-962-3829, and they will assist with this update or any future issues you may run into.
