While 2021 still presented some operational challenges, it was with those challenges that we were able to create some unique opportunities and work more closely with our clients. We have been able to introduce the latest technology to new medical professionals, while providing an even higher level of customer service to the physicians and clinicians in our established healthcare network.


Our team has once again been named the #1 Nuance® Dragon® Medical One (DMO) reseller in the US for Sales and Successful Deployments. For over 24 years we have provided a client-centric approach with informative webinars, customized one-on-one training sessions, multiple in-person conferences, and long-standing business relationships.


Since the announcement of the discontinuation of the legacy boxed product, Dragon Medical Practice Edition (DMPE), we have been able to successfully migrate hundreds of physicians and medical practices over to the cloud-based, AI-powered solution DMO. With the advanced updates built into our most recommended speech recognition solution, many of these practices have been able to increase their patient output and reduce the insurance reimbursement turnaround time since implementing the cloud version of Dragon Medical. The efficiency of DMO, in addition to the seamless, consistent, and personalized voice experience across clinical workflows, has helped save numerous hours in their work week.


Our main goal is to work alongside practices and continue to help them increase their productivity and reduce the amount of time spent in documentation.
