As we complete the last-minute tasks that take us through the 2020 holiday season, we wanted to pause briefly to reflect on some positive things that we all accomplished this year, even in the face of adversity. 2020 was certainly challenging and not at all what we expected at the start of the year, but it was a game-changer in many ways. We faced challenges, but we have made the necessary changes in our businesses and adjusted to a virtual environment. Our focus as a company is relationship driven utilizing the virtual, digital space, so we are thankful to have been able to continue supporting our clients with very little disruption.
